AI Insights aggregates engagement, completion, and quiz performance data for a course, then generates AI-suggested improvements for program admins. All figures shown are aggregate only, no individual learner is identified. (This plugin is available for the Teacher role only.)

Step 1: Go to Course Page → More → AI Insights

Step 2: You'll be redirected to the AI Insights panel, where you'll see an overview of the course showing its current setup, including engagement, completion, and quiz performance metrics.


You will see the following information in the panel:

  1. Course Overview – a snapshot of the current setup of the course, including engagement, completion, and quiz performance metrics.
  2. Generate AI Insights – an action button that triggers AI to analyze the course metrics and produce insights and suggested improvements.
  3. Insights Output – the generated analysis and recommendations, displayed below the overview once generation is complete.

Step 3: Click Generate AI Insights. The system will analyze the course metrics and generate insights for the whole course. The generated insights and suggested improvements will be displayed below the overview once processing is complete.
